The Director of the CIDG Police Director BENJAMIN B MAGALONG spearheaded the creation of the Quality Assurance Support to the Victim Desk (QASVD) that aims to render a guaranteed service to the people in addressing their complaint sand other issues that need police action.


The QASVD shall serve as conduit between the CIDG and the public on matters related to complaint/request for investigation, and will be responsible in referring them to the offices concerned.

Thereafter, it shall constantly monitor the referred complaints/requests and inform the complaining parties periodically on the result/s or development thereof, through the easiest or most accessible means of communication.

The CIDG, being the premier investigative unit of the PNP observed that it is necessary to update the public client of its services to their complaints/requests for investigative assistance constantly to avoid unpleasant assumption, with the CIDG QASVD client will feel that the CIDG is their partner in their quest for justice.
