Two (2) Regional Level Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) and one (1) other MWP were arrested in separate manhunt operations in Cavite, Leyte, and Lucena City.

On July 9, 2021, 37-year-old MAJA JANE DOMINGO y ORPILLA was arrested at about 3:30 PM at Don Aldrin Apartment, Building 01, Biclatan, General Trias, Cavite by elements of CIDG Eastern Metro Manila DFU and CIDG AFCCU by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) for violation of ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT docketed under CC No. 35-9516 issued by Hon. Efren M. Cacatian, Presiding Judge of Second Judicial Region, RTC Branch 35, Santiago City with NO BAIL recommended.

On the same date at about 2:00 PM in Brgy. Igang, Baybay City, Leyte, ARIEL OTIDA y FERNANDEZ was arrested by detectives of the CIDG Northern Leyte PFU together with Baybay CPS, Northern Leyte Maritime PS, and Norte Leyte PHPT on the strength of a WOA for the crime of RAPE docketed under CC No. B-21-06-75 issued by Hon. Carlos O. Arguelles, Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 14, Baybay City, Leyte with NO BAIL recommended.

And at about 3:30 PM of July 11, 2021 in Purok 1-A Ilaya, Brgy. Dalahican, Lucena City, 32-year-old JONATHAN MOLINA y DIMAYUGA was arrested by joint elements of CIDG Quezon PFU, Catanauan MPS, 405th RMFB 4A, and Lucena CPS by virtue of a WOA for five (5) counts of violation of Art 266-A (RAPE) docketed under CC Nos. 2008-875, 2008-876, 2008-877, 2008-878, and 2008-879 issued by Hon Aristotle M. Reyes, Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, Lucena City, Quezon with NO BAIL recommended.

DOMINGO is the Top 3 Regional Level MWP in Region 2 and an alleged member the “Antoque Investment Scam Group,” while OTIDA is listed as the No. 8 City Level MWP in Baybay City, Leyte and said to be a member of the “Jayson Robbery Group” engaged in theft and robbery activities in Leyte and nearby provinces meanwhile, MOLINA is tagged as the No. 2 Regional Level MWP in CALABARZON.
