In the evening of August 7, 2021 in Brgy. Santa Clara, Batangas City, an entrapment operation by CIDG Batangas PFU with RSOT CIDG RFU-4B, PDRRMO Oriental Mindoro, CDRRMO Calapan City, and Batangas CPS resulted in the arrest of CONSTANCIA MEDDIE MAGPANTAY y DALISAY, ANTHONY CHUA y DELOS SANTOS, and BRIAN ADALIA y DALISAY.

Recovered from their possession are the following pieces of evidence:

- One (1) set PC with attached printer;
- One (1) Samsung Galaxy A6;
- One (1) A3S cellphone;
- Two (2) copies of fake RT-PCR COVID-19 Swab Test Result;
- Two (2) copies of Pass QR Code; and
- Four (4) Php1,000.00 bill.

The operation was based on the information and report made by representatives of CDRRMO, Capalan City and PDRRMO, Oriental Mindoro on the illegal activity transpiring in Batangas City terminal to Mindoro via RORO. Accordingly, the culprits exploit or take advantage of their would-be victims by allegedly helping to provide RT-PCR results as a mandatory travel requirement for those going to Mindoro, however verification with the Mabini Community Hospital presented the said results as falsified.

Magpantay, Chua, and Adalia with the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to CIDG Batangas PFU for documentation while cases of Estafa through Falsification of Documents and violation of RA 11332 were being prepared for filing.
