By virtue of Warrants of Arrest (WOAs), Region 4A, Camarines Sur, and Bansalan’s Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) were arrested by detectives of the CIDG on Sunday (August 15, 2021) afternoon in Rizal, Batangas City, and North Cotabato.

Together with 404th A MC RMFB4A and Binangonan MPS, Rizal, the CIDG Rizal PFU arrested 24-year-old JOHN REY SALIENTES y FLORES on or about 1:00 PM at his residence in Bagong Daan Sitio San Juan, Brgy. Macamot, Rizal for the crime of RAPE docketed under CC No. 21-216 issued by Hon. Rebecca Ramas de Guzman-de Guzman, Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 68, Binangonan, Rizal with NO BAIL recommended.

Meanwhile, 29-year-old ARIEL EBUENGA y ORESTE was arrested by combined elements of CIDG Camarines Sur PFU, Batangas CPO, and Calabanga MPS at around 1:35 PM in Brgy. Tulo, Batangas City for violation of Section 5(b) of RA 7610 under CC No. 21-6431 with recommended bail amounting to Php180,000,00 and for QUALIFIED RAPE under CC No. 21-6432, with NO BAIL recommended both issued by Hon. Erwin Virgilio P Ferrer, Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 63 Fifth Judicial Region Calabanga, Camarines Sur.

While at about 3:00 PM in Poblacion, Arakan, North Cotabato, one JOEL REY COMLA AMULAR was arrested by joint personnel of CIDG Davao del Sur PFU, Bansalan MPS, and Davao del Sur HPT for the crime of RAPE under CC No. XX1-465(20)FC with NO BAIL recommended issued by Hon. Carfelita Cadiente-Flores, Judge of RTC 11th Judicial Region Branch 21, Bansalan, Davao del Sur.

SALIENTES, EBUENGA, and AMULAR are listed as the No. 13 Regional Level MWP in CALABARZON, No. 9 Provincial Level MWP in Camarines Sur, and No. 1 Municipal Level MWP in Bansalan, Davao del Sur, respectively.
