In a 4-day manhunt operation launched by the CIDG and local PNP units, five Most Wanted Persons and 30 others were collared in separate operations from November 4 to November 7, 2021, all over the country.

On November 4, 2021 (Thursday), REYMARK VELASCO Y LARA, No. 8 MWP in the Region of MIMAROPA was arrested in Las Piñas City. AOCU CIDG and local police nabbed the suspect by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of RAPE. The intelligence operatives of Pinamalayan MPS provided all information that led to his arrest.

On the following day, suspect MARLON GARON y SORIANO listed as No. 7 MWP of Ilocos Norte was arrested in Brgy. Kalaw, Dumalneg, Ilocos Norte for the crimes of Acts of Lasciviousness and RAPE.

While in Cabuyao, Laguna, accused RAMIL DAYAO y MAGSINO was apprehended in the afternoon of November 6, 2021 for violation of Section 11 of RA 9165. He ranks as No. 9 MWP Provincial Level in PRO 4A.

Likewise, ENRICO MASBAÑO y TERCERO, who ranks as No. 10 MWP in the province of Laguna, was arrested for violation of Section 11 of RA 9165.

Meantime, a total of 30 other warrants were likewise served for the commission of various offenses during the same period.

“Through our anti-criminality campaign against these suspects, we are giving back hope to the victims of such violence, abuse, or exploitation that justice will prevail and violators will be punished,” added CIDG Director.
