Three (3) Toyota vehicles allegedly carnapped were voluntarily surrendered by members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines on Wednesday morning (December 19, 2018 at 8:00 AM) at Camp Gen. Batalla, RT Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City.
PSUPT RICHARD VERCELES, Regional Chief of the CIDG RFU 9 stated in his report to CIDG Acting Director, PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS that the CIDG Zamboanga CFU facilitated the voluntary surrender of the suspected carnapped vehicles by MAJ. EUGENE RAMON, CAPT. DYAN ALMENZA CABALZA and SSG. OSCAR RAMOS.
The AFP personnel are the complainants in the case of Syndicated Estafa under Art. 315 of the RPC as amended by PD 1689 filed against SHARIJANE CAZANDRA BALAWAG-DINAYUGAN and her cohorts, all involved in the Rent-Sangla Scheme.
Accordingly, Dinayugan and her cohorts rented the said vehicles from its owners and later found out that it was mortgaged or sold to different persons without their knowledge.
The vehicles were subsequently turned-over to HPG 9 for proper disposition.
In other news, the No. 9 Provincial Level Most Wanted Person (MWP) in Bataan was arrested by detectives of the CIDG RFU 3 based in Bataan, PIB, PMFC and Hermosa MPS on the same date at about 5:30 PM in Brgy. Pagalanggan, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Regional Chief, PSSUPT CHRISTOPHER ABRAHANO named the suspect as ARMINGGO BASINO y CLAVANO who is wanted for the crime of Rape and also tagged as the No. 4 Sibat Target in Hermosa, Bataan. ###
